Educational Qualification Required : Chartered Accountant passed final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ CMA/ICWA passed final examination of Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Candidates appearing in the final examination of CA/CMA may also apply for the post but the final examination result/ certificate shall have to be submitted by 30.06.2016 to be eligible for the employment on the applied post.

4. Click to On-line Application for the post being applied for.
5. Registration is mandatory for e-filling up the form. (Valid Email ID and a Mobile Number is necessary for registration).
6. USER ID/ Registration ID will be generated after Registration.
7. Use USER ID and Password (created by the candidates at the time of Registration) to Login and fill the Application form as in following manner :-

• Personal details
• Educational qualification
• FEE (Fee accepted through online or offline)
• Uploading Photo and Signature

Before uploading photo and signature be sure that

1. Photo size should be less than 50KB. (preferred dimension : 200 X 230px)
2. Signature size should be less than 20KB. (preferred dimension : 140 X 60px)

• Upload documents (as required) :-

1. Valid Gate Score
2. Matric Certificate for age proof.

• Inter/10+2 Certificate

1. Marks sheet of Engineering Degree
2. Passing certificate of Engineering Degree
3. CA Final Certificate (for the post of Account Officer Only)

• Caste and Creamy Layer Certificate issued by competent authority, if reservation benefit is claimed,
• If PHP Candidates, certificate from competent authority,

1. If land loser/ land displaced person certificate issued from District Magistrate/ Dy. Commissioner.
2. If claims reservation against relatives of Freedom Fighter as per Govt. of Bihar Resolution, the Certificate issued by the Competent Authority in the prescribed Performa of Govt. of Bihar
3. Permanent Domicile of Bihar Certificate, if claim for reservation.

• Finalize application form

1. After filling the required fields of application form, verify your entries before submitting finally. NO modification can be made after final submission.
2. Print a copy of finally submitted application form for future reference.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:-

1. Candidate already employed in Govt./ Semi Govt. organization/ Public sector must mentioned in application format. He/ She will have to submit NOC from his employer when shortlisted for Verification/Joining.
2. The Candidates will be liable for severe legal action if any false information with respect of name, father’s name date of birth, address, educational qualification, percentage of marks, caste certificate, photographs etc. is furnished by him/ her.
3. No TA/ DA will be paid to the Candidate, if called for documents verification/ Counseling etc.
4. The BSPHCL reserves right to cancel the selection process at any stage and increase or decrease the nos. of posts to be filled according to the exigencies of the Companies.
5. Shortlisted Candidates will be called for document verification/ counseling.
6. Candidates are advised to possess a valid e-mail ID and Mobile Number which is to be entered in the on-line Application form. The e-mail address specified in the application should be valid/ functional for at least 12 months from the date of the submission of application.
