Educational Qualification
For Senior Manager and Deputy Manager: The candidates need to have Full time Degree in Law and MBA/ MSW.
For Senior Welfare Officer: Candidates need to have the Degree that is from the University established by law in Social Science or Labour Welfare or Industrial Relations and Personnel Management or Two Year Post Graduate Diploma in the same field that is mentioned before.
For Officer and Junior Superintendent: Need to have a master Degree in Hindi Literature with minimum 60% Marks and have English as one of the Subjects in Graduation.

The candidates need to submit the application fees of Rs 200/- for General and OBC for all posts except Junior Superintendent. Rs 50/- as application fees for the Junior Superintendent for General and OBC, Other categories are exempted from the Application fees
