Essential Qualification:
Candidate must have acquired Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or Planning from recognized university or its equivalent Degree and Post Graduation Degree in Urban Planning recognized by All India Council for Technical Education.

For post 2 candidate must have acquired Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering or its equivalent with 01 year experience in case of Graduation & 05 Years experience in case of Diploma Holder.
For post 3 candidate must have acquired Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering or its equivalent with Practical experience in relevant field.
For post 4 candidate must have acquired Degree/ Diploma in Information Technology with 60%/ 65% marks/ equivalent from recognized & reputed University with 02 years experience in office work for Degree holder or 05 years of experience in Office work for Diploma holders.
