Ravindra Jadeja is getting married
The marriage season of the Indian cricket team that started last year, is refusing to get over with another ‘Man in Blue’ getting ready to walk down the aisle.
After Harbhajan Singh, Yuvraj Singh (engagement) and Suresh Raina last year, and Mohit Sharma (engagement) this year, it is the turn of Team India’s all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja, who recently returned to India from Australia, to take first step towards settling down in life.
The 27-year-old Jadeja is getting engaged on Friday to a 25-year-old girl named Reeva in his hometown Rajkot. The engagement function will be held at his own restaurant – Jaddu’s Food Field. Reeva is also from Rajkot and is a daughter of a local contractor Hardevsingh Solanki, who is associated with the Congress party.
Reeva has studied mechanical engineering from Rajkot’s Atmiya Institute of Technology and Science. For the last few months, she has been staying in Delhi and preparing for civil services examination.
