Educational Qualification : Candidates should possess Master Degree in Science/ Humanities/ Commerce with 55% marks, M.Ed with 55% marks/ its equivalent & Ph.D in Education for Post 1, Master Degree in relevant subject, M.Ed/ its equivalent, NET in Education/ in the relevant subject/ Master of Physical Education/ Post Graduation Degree in Fine Art (MFA)/ Music/ Dance/ Theatre Arts with minimum 55% marks for Post 2, MBA in Human Resources with 60% marks, Proficiency in the use of ICT for Post 3, Graduation with 55% marks for Post 4 with relevant experience. Age Limit : Candidates age must be less than 42 Years as on 25.05.2016. The upper age limit will be relaxed for Reserved category as per Government norms.
Post-wise Salary Scale : Selected candidates will be placed in a regular pay scale as follows –
Principal – Rs. 37,400 – 67,000/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 10,000/-
Assistant Professor – Rs. 15,600 – 39,100/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 6,000/-
Manager HR – Rs. 9,300 – 34,800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 4,200/-
