Berhampore being the Sadar Sub-division of this district, situated on the bank of river Bhagirathi, District & Sessions Judge’s Court is situated at Berhampore town and in the every Sub-division there are Civil and Criminal Courts except the Domkal Sub-division where any permanent Court yet to be set up although the process of establishment of few courts in this Sub-division is going on.

Qualification for English Stenographer Post
- Educational Qualification – Applicants should have Passed Madhayamik or equivalent examination from any recognized Board and at least a Certificate in Computer Training from a recognized Institution and a satisfactory fingering speed in Computer operation.
- Age Limit- Minimum 18 Years, Maximum 40 Years (as on 01/01/2016).
- Salary- Rs. 7100-37600/- + Grade Pay Rs. 3900/- per month.
Qualification for Bengali Stenographer Post
