Mr Khosala icici bank manager, a middle aged man have recently bagged 30 by 40 ft sized plot in posh residencial locality as a part of scheme run by icici bank. Bank has also approved loan of 2 Cr interest free for construction. He want to make it as his dream home for his family..
His family includes wife and 2 kids only. Being a team of architects design Mr khurana ka ghosala.
Note: 1 repayment of loan is no issue you can make lavish home.
2 Don’t get into interiors as you are architect only design rooms and other things.

It’s a plot not a flat you can do multi story.. you need 4 bedrooms one for the couple one for each of the kids (middle age man so mostly teen kids who gonna grow so need their own room. Drawing room and dining hall needed. Kitchen, study and 4 bathrooms. Space for Parking needed for 2 cars. As he want lavish swimming pool can be added..
We can have multi story house. Ground floor for drawing dinning and kitchen. With outside space for 2 cars and garden.
First floor 2 master bedrooms for Mr khurana and guests. 2nd floor 2 bedrooms with attached washrooms for the kids.
Basement can be used for recreation.. swimming pool, study and maybe some sports equipments like cycle and thread mill.
Main objective is not to win or loose but reach concensus as a team.
