POWERGRID, the Central Transmission Utility (CTU) of India and a Navratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Power, Govt. of India is engaged in power transmission business with the mandate for planning, coordination, supervision and control over complete inter-State transmission system and operation of National & Regional Power Grids. POWERGRID invites applications from citizens of India to join as EXECUTIVE TRAINEE & ASSISTANT OFFICER TRAINEE.

VACANCIES & RESERVATION:

(1) Executive Trainee (HR ) : 15 (UR-8,OBC-4,SC-2,ST-1).

(2) Executive Trainee (Environment Management) : 2 (UR-1, OBC-1).

(3) Executive Trainee (Social Management) : 3 (UR-2, SC-1).

(4) Assistant Officer Trainee (PR) : 6 (UR-4, OBC-1, SC-1).

Educational Qualification :

(1) Executive Trainee (HR) : Two years full time Postgraduate Degree/ Diploma/ MBA in HR/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Social Work (with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations) from recognized Institute / University with not less than 60% marks.

(2) Executive Trainee (Environment Management) : Two years full time Master’s degree in Environmental Science / Natural Resource Management/ Environmental Engineering or equivalent with First Class from recognised Institute / University.

(3) Executive Trainee (Social Management) : Two years full time Master’s degree in Social Work with First class from recognized Institute / University.

(4) Asst. Officer Trainee (Public Relations) : Graduate with full time PG Degree or Diploma in Mass Communication/ Public Relations/ Journalism with 60% Marks from recognized Institute / University.

Upper Age Limit : 28 years as on 31.12.2015.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE :

                                            During Training : Rs. 8.15 lakhs

                                            After Training On regularization : Rs. 14.44 lakhs
