On behalf of a successful Academy in Stockport we are looking for a fully qualified English Teacher to help raise the standard of teaching.
This role is permanent starting after half term. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is looking for a new challenge with genuine career progression.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and ability to achieve the best results possible between KS3-5 and be able to show enthusiasm, commitment and the ability to engage with pupils.
The English department boasts a great history of success at GCSE however has recently posted concerning results so governors hope to appoint a teacher who is able to raise the bar and expectations of all other teachers within the faculty.
Therefore the Head is looking for a confident and talented teacher who is able to blend seamlessly into the ethos of the school.
We are looking for:
*Experienced at Teaching all three Sciences at KS3-4, with a specialism at KS5
*Good behaviour management
*Ability to work effectively within a team in a challenging setting
*Excellent communication skills
