Uttar Pradesh Government is generous enough to offer various free facilities to students. One such popular scheme is Free Laptop & Tablet Distribution Scheme. Commonly known as UP Laptop Vitran Yojana, this scheme has benefited various students in the state. The first mention of this scheme was during the assembly elections manifesto in 2012. After becoming the CM, Mr. Akhilesh Yadav have already distributed around 15 lakh laptops. The benefit is given to all the candidates i.e. for categories SC, ST, OBC & General.
As you know, the laptops are Distributed to the toppers in the every district of the state. The latest laptop vitran is to be done for the toppers of this year. The UP Free Laptop Scheme for session 2016-17 is about to be implemented soon.
UP Free Laptop Vitran Scheme 2016
We know that you are curious to know the date & timing of the laptop vitran ceremony. It is expected that the official announcement regarding the same will be made very soon. Due to the upcoming elections, it is supposed that the scheme will also be implemented this time. The laptop vitran dates in UP will be announced soon. All the eligible candidates need to be present at the place where Ceremony will be held. The CM will distribute the laptops to the eligible candidates.
- As you know the toppers of Class X and XII are eligible to take the benefits of the scheme. A dedicated portal has been set up to provide the candidates will latest updates. The eligible applicants are provided with the username and password, using which they can login into the official portal and get latest updates.
