Gujarat Secondary Education Recruitment Board has refreshed their own maintained career web portal regarding GSERB Recruitment. The Board will be recruit more than seven thousand Shikshan Sahayak jobs in place of old teachers in Registered non-governmental grant-aided secondary and higher secondary schools. Aspirants will willing to apply for GSERB Recruitment 2016 through out online portal can be done before 30th April 2016.

Educational Qualification: Candidates who decided to apply for GSERB Shikshan Sahayak Recruitment, they should be completed Graduation Degree or its equivalent from any recognized board with B.Ed from any Govt approved Institute.
Age limit: Candidates age should be 18 years and maximum is 40 years. Age relaxation will applicable for reserved categories as per rules.
Pay Scale: Who get appointment letter for GSERB teacher posts will get pay scale of Rs. 13700/- (For Non-Govt. Granted Higher Secondary School) and Rs. 13500/- (For Non-Govt. Granted Secondary School).
Application Fee: Appliers will have to deposit application fee of Rs. 100/- and Reserved category contenders should have to pay Rs.50/- as application fee. You can make payment of fee either online or offline mode only. Candidates taking the motion, SBI bank will have to pay a fixed fee. After 48 hours of submission variability student will fill in the application form.
Process of Selection: The process of selection purely based on their performance in written test or interview, which will be conducted by Gujarat State Education Recruitment Board on schedule.
