Eligibility:
- Educational Qualification :Candidates should have done a BSC Nursing/ B.Com/ Graduate Degree/ MBA/ 10th Class (High School)/ Post Graduate Degree/ Bachelor Degree/ Diploma/ 10+2 Pass .
- For Staff Nurse : Candidates should have passed atleast high school and Intermediate with Science subjects from a recognized board of Madhamik Shiksha Parishad Uttar Pradesh with Diploma in GNM and should have been Registered with UP State Medical Faculty.
- For Lower Division Assistant : Candidates should posses a Graduatation degree from a recognized University and typing speed in Hindi 35 wpm & 40 wpm in English o.
- Nationality : Indian
- Age Limit : minimum age : 40, maximum age : 55.
Exam/Application Fee:Candidates should have to pay for General & OBC category Rs.1000/- and Rs.500/- for SC/ST candidates through Credit card/Debit Card /Internet Banking.
